Cable trays are used as support
for power cable or LT mode.
There are two types of cable trays in use:
1. Cable trays type ladder
2. Perforated cable trays
Ladder cable trays type:
It is generally used in medium to
long-term applications ranging from 12 to 30 feet. The drawer cable tray
without covers allows the maximum free flow of air through cables. This allows
the resulting heat in the cable connectors to dissipate effectively. Under
these conditions, the conductor insulation in the wiring system cables in the
properly designed cable box will not exceed the operating temperature.
IndmarkCableTray.com is the ladder type cable trays manufacturers in Pune provide convenient connection points for
connecting cables in the horizontal cable tray paths or where cable locations
must be maintained in the horizontal cable tray paths. This capability is
necessary for individual conductor cable installations. Under short circuit
conditions, magnetic forces resulting from the fault current of the individual
connector cable will be inserted from the cable tray if not securely attached
to the cable box.
Cables may come out or insert the
ladder cable shelves through the top or bottom of the cable tray. When cables
are inserted or exited from a channel, clamps may be installed on the shelf
shelves of the cable tray in a straight or inverted position to end the
channels at the top or bottom of the side edge of the cable tray.
The most common spacing in the
ladder cable box is 9 inches. This spacing can be used to support all cable
sizes.
These are the most common type of
cable trays available in the market. Trained GI trays in the GP are common
while the other type, in hot galvanized dip trays or cable-coated powder, is
provided on request only.
